LUMEN

BY ZERO

01 healing without a healer

Sometimes we experience a love so deep, a peace so complete, or a sense of connection so profound that it feels extraordinary.

But what if these moments aren't departures from ordinary life?

What if they're glimpses of something that has always been here?

I understand healing as a return to what is natural to us.

Healing, then, is not something one person does to another.

It is a kind of remembering.

A softening of what has held us apart from ourselves.

A return to what was never lost.

About Lumen

Lumen is a Latin word meaning light.

I chose the name as a reflection of the light that remains within us, even when it becomes difficult to see.

Lumen is an expression of my commitment to making space for that light to emerge.

About Zero

I'm Zero.

My life has been something of an alchemical process, unfolding between profound suffering and extraordinary beauty. From an early age, I carried a deep sense of knowing—an intuitive understanding of things I had never been taught. Years later, I would encounter these same insights in the mystical and contemplative traditions I came to study. Much of my spiritual journey has been a process of finding language for what I somehow already knew.

My path has taken me through Jewish mysticism, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, and Christian contemplative traditions, as well as the worlds of mediumship and spiritual healing. I've been fortunate to learn from remarkable teachers, though some of my greatest teachers have been the unexpected circumstances of life itself.

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with a background in contemplative psychology, grief, and death care. My work has brought me into close relationship with the depths of human suffering and the extraordinary resilience of the human spirit.

At its heart, this work is an expression of spiritual friendship, grounded in presence, care, and a shared openness to what may unfold.

What to Expect

03 what to expect

01 — Arriving

We begin with approximately 10 minutes of conversation. You're welcome to share what brings you to the session, anything you're navigating, or something you'd like to focus on. No particular intention is necessary.

02 — Receiving

The healing takes place in a quiet, receptive space. Whether in person or at a distance, you're invited to settle into a comfortable position and simply receive. There's nothing you need to do or achieve.

03 — Experiencing

Each experience is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, a sense of spaciousness, or nothing particularly noticeable. There's no right or wrong way to experience spiritual healing.

04 — Integrating

We spend the final 10 minutes reflecting on your experience, addressing questions, and discussing any recommendations for post-session care.
